Vera Vaters Obituary

We are sad to announce that on November 9, 2021, at the age of 74, Vera Vaters (Conception Bay South, Newfoundland) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Jefford and Johanna Jefford (Joan); and her siblings-in-law, Robert Abbott, Bob Parsons, Austin Vaters and Judy Vaters.

She is survived by: her husband Gerald; her daughters, Bev (Ron Campbell) and Lisa (Bob Gullage); her grandchildren, Fahlon and Christian Gullage; her stepchildren, Cathy Nicholas (Steve Austin) and Jonathon Vaters Kyle (Heidi); her siblings, Bruce (Hazel), Lloyd (Patsy), Wes (Judy), Roger (Yvonne), Henry (Brenda), Winnie, Cheryl (Gus Doyle) and Joanne (Dale Bickford); and her brothers-in-law, David (Myra), George (Yvonne), Don (Betty), Mark (Cathy), Wayne (Paula) and Derrick. She is also survived by nephews, nieces and friends.

According to provincial regulations, COVID Passports and Identification are required for guest visitation and funeral service.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to "Forever Smiles" a not for profit to help enhance the daily living needs for our vulnerable seniors. Donations can be sent by etransfer to 709-682-2245 in Memory of Vera.
