He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Fowler and Lillian Taylor; and his siblings, Gilbert, Wallace, Charlie Fowler, Gordon, Frank, Dave Taylor, Alice Cyre, Jean Tucker, Doris Morgan, Edie Stovall and Lillian Baker.
He is survived by: his wife Ella Mae; his children, Fred, Paul (Michelle), Rosalyn and Elizabeth (Paul); his grandchildren, Jason, Jessica, Kayla (Chris), Miranda (Danny), Michael (Courtney), Matthew, Adam and Bethany; his great grandchildren, Lucas, Malcolm, Christopher and Laila; his siblings, Bob (Janice), Steve, Joyce, Betty, Barb, Ruby and Cynthia; and his sisters-in-law, Dorothy and Ann Taylor.
