He is survived by: his wife Glenda; his children, Elizabeth (Johnny), Hannah (Michael) and Jordan (Madison); his father Joe; and his sisters, Renée (Rick Hodder) and Tammy (Blair Isaacs). He is also survived by sisters in law, brothers in law, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and special friends.
