He was predeceased by: his parent Stanley Chaulk; his wife Priscella Catherine Chaulk; his parent-in-law Samuel; his son Samuel Chaulk; his siblings, James Chaulk (Mary), Leslie Chaulk, Wilson Chaulk (Nellie), Charlie Chaulk, Harry Chaulk, Anne Underhill (Harry), Eileen Warren (Clyde) and Phllis Francis (Henry); and his siblings-in-law, Earl Musseau (Emma), John Musseau (Yvonne), Gord Musseau (Eileen), Russell Bond, Susan Gale (Frederick) and Lillian Musseau.
He is survived by: his parent Frances Chaulk; his children, Roland Chaulk (Ester Green), Claude Chaulk (Louise), Norman Chaulk (Linda), Otto Chaulk (Cheryl) and Kathleen Chaulk; his daughter-in-law Norma Chaulk; and his siblings-in-law, Vivian Chaulk, Irene Chaulk, Elizabeth Bond and James Musseau.
