He was predeceased by: his mother Jessie Lidstone (Warford); and his grandparents, Harvey, Ethel Lidstone (Newhook), Richard and Lydia Warford (Boone).

He is survived by: his wife Marie; his sons, Mark (Janine) and Jordan; his father Gerald Sr.; his siblings, Eric (Connie), Madaline Cooper (Dan), Sandra Brent (Barry) and Valerie Randell (Rob); his siblings-in-law, Danny Clarke (Mary) and Diane Baird (John); his friends, Wayne, Terry, Calvin and Bob; and his close friends, Ken and Shirley Laing of Stephenville. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Following the Covid 19 restrictions there will be a public visitation on Wednesday from 7-9 p. m. at Hoskins Funeral Home in Botwood.
