She was predeceased by: her parents, Demic Tompkins and Mabel Tompkins; her husband Ronald; and her siblings, Violet McLean and Hugh Tompkins.
She is survived by: her children, Evelyn Purinton (Brian), Audrey Hargest, Greta Kennedy (George) and Reid Hargest (Ruth); and her sisters-in-law, Mabel McLellan and Bernie Tompkins. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, eighteen great grandchildren, four great, great grandchildren.
