He was predeceased by: his father Brian; and his nephew Sam. He is survived by: his wife Melanie; his mother Gail; his children, Trystin, Nathaniel, Kennedy, Amand and Erica; his grandson Thomas; and his brother Timothy (Lori). He is also survived by cousins, aunts and Uncles.
