He was predeceased by: his mother Hazel; and his sisters, Phyllis and Janet. He is survived by: his wife Helen Mollison; his daughters, Lisa DuJohn (Greg) and Crystal Mollison (Ozze Trecartin); his grandchildren, Brooke (Jason), Dylan (Gesig), Adrianna (Jeff), Desmond and Lincoln; his great grandchildren, Logan and Sagaietj; and his sister Margaret Forsythe. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
