He was predeceased by: his parent Wilds Porter. He is survived by: his parent Inez Porter (Durling); his son Steven Porter; his siblings, George, Clayton and Velma; his son-in-law Vondel Allen; his wife Thelma (Harrington); his children, Paula (Allen) of Cheyenne, Myrna (Smith) of Ottawa, Lona and Peter (Giryl) of Woodstock; his sister Clara Stewart of Fredericton; and his son Pastor Alan. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 28 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Belleville Baptist Church or New Brunswick Bible Institute.
