It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Irene Hickey Violet (Woodstock, New Brunswick), born in Bull Lake, New Brunswick, who passed away on April 5, 2020, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Stanley D. Hickey; her brother Carl Anderson (late Cora); and her son-in-law Gerald Clark. She is survived by: her daughters, Lynda Clark of Temperance Vale, NB and Roberta Mercer (Keith); her grandchildren, Doug Clark of Cornwall, PEI, Jeff Clark (Michelle), Chris Mercer (Denise), Melissa and Pierre; her great grandchildren, Kyle, Riley, Mallory, Thomas, Kameron, Joel, Sydney and Audrey; her sisters, Roselle Christie (late Perley), Inez Scott (late Carl) and Doris Narrowmore (late Darrell); and her siblings-in-law, Chester Hickey (Marjorie) and Lorraine Hickey of McAdam, NB. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
