He is survived by: his parent Stella Briggs (Lindsay) of Oakville; his children, Brian Briggs, Robert Briggs and Lisa Johnston; his son-in-law Trevor; his grandchildren, Charles Briggs, Maggie Briggs, Michael Thomas and Mallory Thomas; and his siblings, Marion McIntosh (Alison) of Clarkville, N. B., Weldon Briggs (Audrey) of Oakville, Irma Oliver, Wanda Winslow and Neil Briggs.
