Dale was predeceased by: parent Donald Cummings (Curly). Dale is survived by: parent Molly Cummings (Kaye); children, Lauren Cummings, Kyle, Jessica and Bradley; brother Peter (Jane); children, Darcy Cook (Caleb), Alisha Flemming (Dexter) and James (Linda); grandchildren, Jamie (Leah) and Derek; brother John; and great-niece Nephews.

Interment will be at the Woodstock Rural Cemetery, Houlton Street, Woodstock, NB If so desired, donations to the Upper River Valley Cancer Support Group or the Dun-Roaming Animal Shelter would be appreciated.
