With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Jean Adams (Woodstock, New Brunswick), born in Toronto, Ontario, who passed away on December 22, 2019 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Isabelle Annandale and Walter Annandale; her husband Tom; and her son Kim O'Toole. She is survived by: her children, Kerry O'Toole (Debbie), Shawn O'Toole (Cheryl), Kathy O'Toole and Christine Adams Thomas (Roy); her grandchildren, Nathaniel, Erin, Ryan, Katie and Bronwyn; and her brothers, Bob and William Annandale.
