With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Karst Smit (Sussex, New Brunswick), who passed away on September 22, 2020. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Hendrickus Smit (Tom) and Helena Smit (Tulp); his father-in-law Joseph; and his sister Eva Henwood (Roger). He is survived by: his wife Ann (Mason); his grandchildren, Maddy, Stone, Robin, Molly, Sam, Sydney and Shane; his mother-in-law Bernice Mason; and his siblings-in-law, Fred Mason (Shirley), Burt Mason (Carol), John Mason (Doreena), Connie Hayes (Delbert), Louise Cosman (Doug) and Marilyn Phinney (Ernie).
