It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Marguerite Gallant (Sussex, New Brunswick), born in Poodiac, New Brunswick, who passed away on July 24, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Urban Gallant; her parents, Lawrence Brown and Bernice Brown (McDonald); her siblings, Audrey Sands, Phyllis Gallant, Theresa Brown, Eldon Brown and Edward Brown; and her great grandchild Claire.
She is survived by: her children, Sharon Gallant (Mel) of Wickham, NB, Linda Gallant (Greg) of Saint John, NB, Denise Korac (Mickey) of Newmarket, ON, Stephen Gallant (Mary) of Mississauga, ON and Paul Gallant (Christine) of Sussex, NB; her grandchildren, Kim, Michelle, Lisa, Natasha, Jeremy, Katelyn, Kristin, Emma and Andrew; her great grandchildren, Justin, Jessica, Bryson, Olivia and Lexie; and her siblings, Maurice Brown (Theresa) of Saint John, NB, Doris McGinnis of Southfield and Florence Enright (Lorne) of Saint John, NB. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
