He was predeceased by: his parent Frank Middleton. He is survived by: his parent Theresa Middleton (McLaughlin); his wife Laura; his brothers, Danny Middleton of Red Deer, AB, Roger Middleton (Leslie) of Renfrew, ON and Marc McLauchlan (Nadia LeBlanc) of Cap Pelé, NB; his nephew Jesse; his nieces, Miranda, Samantha and Mia; and also, Reid David Middleton and Benjamin Frank Middleton. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
