She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Colin Chisholm and Élodie Chisholm (Leblanc); her husband Boyd; her sons, Colin Touchie of Halifax, NS, Graham Touchie, Trappist Monastery Rogersville, Jason Touchie and Rome; her grandchildren, Lucas and Ananda; her sister Carol LeBlanc (late Roger); her sister-in-law Connie MacCallum (late Donald); her sister Colleen Girouard; and her brothers-in-law, Arthur Girouard and Roger LeBlanc. She was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
