He was predeceased by: his parents, Alice Watters (Finley) and Vernor Watters; and his sister Jane Chapman (David). He is survived by: his wife Jane Watters (Armstrong); his children, Beth (Jeff) of Perth-Andover, NB and David (Victoria) of Burlington, ON; his grandchildren, Kieran and Ashley Watters; his pets, Abby, Hannah and Ekko; his grandson Jagger; his brother David (Marilyn) of Mississauga, ON; and his nieces and nephews, Pam, Shelley, Sue, Jeff, Kevin, Mike and Robbie.
