He is survived by: his parent Alice Neal (Riggs); his daughter Ann Leech; his daughter-in-law Betty Neal; his grandchildren, Heather Craig (Eugene), Andrew Leech (Andrea), Thomas Neal and James Neal; his great grandchildren, Julie, Amanda Craig, Matthew (Pauline), Joseph (Sarah), Chloe and Michael Leech; his great great grandchildren, Audrey Leech, Oliver Leech, Benjamin Leech, Hanna Leech and Ruby Leech; and his significant other Mable Sharpe.
