She was predeceased by: her spouse Basil Belyea; her parent Perry Thornton; her son Blair; her daughter-in-law Audrey Belyea; and her siblings, Lorne Thornton, Guy Thornton (Joan), Verna McGann (Charles) and Glenna McLaughlin (Thomas).
She is survived by: her parent Vita Thornton (Thornton); her children, Lorne (Katie), Brent, Deborah Gallant (Allan) of Woodstock and Sandra Love (Danny) of Woodstock; and her grandchildren, Jonathan Yerxa (Opalee), Lori Yerxa (Mike), Tracey Demerchant (Danny), William Belyea (Vanessa), Jennifer Belyea, Sara Bourgoin (Eric), Karyn Lunnie (Jason), Joey Love (Allie), Ryan Belyea (Angel) and Peter Belyea (Amanda). She is also survived by four great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
