He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Banks and Mae Banks (Clark); his former wife Judy Ellen (Spear); his siblings, Ken, Larry, Danny, Joan and Carol Marie; and his brother-in-law Jim.

He is survived by: his wife Gayle (Whitney-Moore); his children, Carol Banks, Lori Hazlett (Tom), Joel Banks (Lisa) and Jackie Boyer (Ryan); his grandchildren, Tara, Chris, Sayard, Kyle (Kassandra), Amanda (Eric), Hunter, Taylor, Henry, Holden and George; his great grandchildren, Nikki, Logan, Hank, Doug, Rex, Kota and Karter; his great great grandchild Raiden; his siblings, Doug Banks (Nora), Betty White and Barb Wilson (Dave); his siblings-in-law, Pat Peterson, Maryella Banks, Judy Banks (Larry) and Barb Banks (Danny); his stepchildren, Tayne (Jill) and Maya Moore; and his stepgrandchildren, Luke and Abi. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
