He was predeceased by: his parents, Reginald Palmer and Mary Palmer; and his son Dustin Steven Palmer. He is survived by: his significant other Laura Lee Babineau; his son Cody Palmer (Rebecca); and his siblings, Mark Palmer (Joanne) and Angie Palmer (Joey). He is also survived by many loving Nieces and Nephews and Cousins.
