It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Marian Gertrude Gallant (Fredericton, New Brunswick), born in Zionville, New Brunswick, who passed away on November 27, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her spouse J. Eloi Gallant; her parents, William Nicholls and Sadie Nicholls (Stewart); her former husband Percy Finnamore; her children, Sterling and Mary Jean Spencer; her siblings, Gladys, Kenneth, Theodore and Richard; and her children-in-law, Willie Pirie and Jeannette Finnamore.

She is survived by: her children, Stephen Finnamore (Janice) of Blackville, NB, Maxine Pirie of Gladwyn, NB, Stewart Finnamore of Fredericton, NB, Leslie Finnamore (Beryl) of Fredericton, NB, Allan Finnamore (Penny) of Fredericton, NB and Bruce Finnamore (Sharon) of Fredericton, NB; her son-in-law Joe Spencer of Lincoln, NB; her stepdaughter Marie Mitchell of Restigouche, QC; and her sisters-in-law, Pat Stewart of Alberta and Alice Dysart of Moncton, NB. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
