She is survived by: her husband Leo Michael David Burns; her sons, Michael Burns (Jana) of Cornwall, PEI and John Burns (Monette) of Fredericton; her grandchildren, Molly Burns, Elianna Burns and Owen Burns; and her sister-in-law Norma Patterson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
