He was predeceased by: his parents, Johannes Mulder and Everdina Boerkamp; his siblings, Tony, Nick, Bill and Anne Marie; and his brother-in-law Keith Hastings.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his children, John (Karen), Todd (Dana) and Margo (Jon); his grandchildren, Harrison, Olivia, Rebecca, Samantha, Madeline and Amelia; his brothers, Jos and Ted; and his siblings-in-law, Cassandra, Lavona, Steven and John.
