She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Bartlett and Mildred Bartlett (Bird); and her brother Kenneth Bartlett. She is survived by: her husband Melvin Waugh of Fredericton, NB; her children, Tim Waugh (Cheryl) of Douglas, Kelly Waugh (Yvon Paquin) of Douglas and Donna Coyle (Mike) of Douglas; her grandchildren, Jordan (Liz), Josh (Eve), Brittany (Terry), Megan, Trisha and Courtney (Corey); her siblings, Shirley McKinley, Cheryl Arnold and Pat Dupuis; and her sisters-in-law, Wanda Bartlett, Mavis Kendrick, Linda Waugh and Evelyn Waugh. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
