She was predeceased by: her father John R. Douglass. She is survived by: her mother Shirley Douglass (Peterson); her sons, John E. B. Douglass (Courtney Stokes) and Jamie Polchies; her granddaughter Helena; her sisters, Melanie Douglass Bianchi (Tony) and Amanda Douglass (Joel Benedict); and her cousins, Chris McAllister (Jeanie) and Nikki Layton (Pat). She is also survived by other loving cousins and friends.
