It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hilda Jenkins-Jarvis (Fredericton, New Brunswick), who passed away on October 22, 2023, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Idris Jones and Jennet Jones (Thomas); her husband Halden Jenkins; her former husband Roy Jarvis; her daughter Sandra Jenkins; her siblings, Gladys Jones and John Jones; and her sister-in-law Grace Jones.

She is survived by: her children, Elaine Copeland (Jan) of New Maryland, NB, Candace Duplisea of Woodstock, NB, Krista McCarthy (Dean) of Riley Brook, NB and Brian Jenkins (Karen) of New Maryland, NB; her grandchildren, Jill Copeland, David Copeland (Amy), Trudy Pond (Noah), Robin Jenkins (Olivia), Sandra Habold (Frank) and Greg McCarthy (Amanda); her great grandchildren, Anna, Caroline, Willem Habold, Allison, Nick Pond, Liam, Evan Copeland, Tehya Paul and Jorja Roi; her brothers, Arthur Jones and Dennis Jones (Evelyn); and her sister-in-law Mavis Jones. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
