He was predeceased by: his parents, Hazen Scott and Esther Scott; and his brother Paul. He is survived by: his children, Raymond (Sherry) of Rusagonis, Heather Manuel (Orestes) of Cuba, Andrew of Hanwell and Angela Scott (Shelley) of Fredericton; and his siblings, Ernie Scott (Marilyn) of Jemseg, Jim Scott (Pat), Bill Scott and Linda Howells (Dave) of Alberta. He is also survived by his eight grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

“So sorry to hear of Win's passing He had our horses in his Stable in the Etter barn back in the 70's and was top notch in caring for them. Since then when I saw Win, he always greeted me with a big smile and so friendly! I unfortunately , won't be able to attend the visitation as I just came down with COVID. My husband Jack passed away in 2021 so he will be waiting up there to get some ' barn talk " going! We have lost one of the good ones.......My sympathy to you all.-Carol Malloy”
