She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Klose and Anne Klose; and her brother Fred Klose. She is survived by: her sons, Brian Schan (Connie) and Don Schan; and her grandson Kevin.

In 2020, she moved into an apartment due to Covid, she joined her son Don in Paradise Village, where she lived until she passed.
