It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maria Booyar (Vita, Manitoba), who passed away on December 25, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband Bohdan (Winnipeg); her daughter Olya; her sons-in-law, Alex Rybak and Roman Rybak; her grandchildren, Maxim, Nina, Serhiy and Oleh; her great grandchildren, Moe, Juno and Sienna; her sister Stefania; and also Michael Pushkar. She is also survived by nieces, and nephews in Ukraine, and her many friends.
