It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jitje Feenstra (Vita, Manitoba), who passed away on November 29, 2019, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Hylke Feenstra; her sons, Rudy and Maynard; her son-in-law Jim; her great grandchild Jewel; her siblings, Rudy and Hinke; and her siblings-in-law, Thys, John, Klaas, Akke and Marcia.
She is survived by: her children, George (Barbara), Eva, Betty (Alex), Rita (Garry), Gary (Connie), Rick (Suzanne), Robert (Josie) and Kim (Taras); her grandchildren, Steven (Charlene), Karen, Michael (Lori), Jennifer Mark (Robert), Kris, Vincent, Ryan Sarah (Melanie), Amanda (Dave), Brent (Larissa), Heath (Faith), Reed, Marcel (Monica), Clayton, Jordan (Leila), Ashley (Marc), Jessica (Robert), Corey (Ashley), Kendra (Brendan) and Kurtis (Hayley); her great grandchildren, Brett, Kyle, Jordan, Chloe, Zachary, Matthew, Emma, Malcolm, Bryn, Aiden, Benjamin, Emersyn, Sawyer, Paxton and Sydney; her siblings, Klaas (Norma) and Hetty; her sister-in-law Linda; and her daughter-in-law Cindy. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
