She was predeceased by: her husband Mike; her daughter Rosalie; her parents, Peter and Afia; and her siblings, Harry, John, Paul and Wilma.
She is survived by: her children, Michael (Fay), Christine (Edward) and Peter; her granddaughters, Leah and Kayla Kraynyk; and her siblings, Rose Grunwald (George) and Peter Dyback (Ann).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Mom's memory to the St. Demetrius Ukrainian Catholic Church or Southern Health – Sante Sud – in memo line Dr. L. Toth Memorial Garden (Vita and District Health Center).
