She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Joe Currie and Elsie Currie; her husband Weldon Gardiner; her children, Kenneth, Gordon (Debbie), Brian (Mona), Helen, Dale (Pat) and Eileen (Loyd); her daughter-in-law Diane; her siblings, Audrey, Elsie, Kathleen, Kay and Russel; her sister-in-law Pat; and her grandson Ryan. She was also cherished by fourteen grandchildren.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the service will be FM broadcast.
