He was predeceased by: his parents, Stefan Kwasiuk and Maria Kwasiuk; his parents-in-law, Peter and Mary Krupnik; his sister Nettie Smolinski (Paul); and his brother-in-law Metro Deneka.

He is survived by: his wife Irene; his son Lenny; and his sisters, Emily Deneka, Jean Lewicki and Francis Chobotar (Walter). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
