She was predeceased by: her husband Adam. She is survived by: her daughters, Brenda Kochan (Nick), Tannis Yuzwa (Pete) and Lisa Mazur (Todd); her grandchildren, Nathan (Janelle), Christopher, Patrick, Emily (Nolan) and Olivia; and her great grandchildren, Rocky and Oscar.
