She was predeceased by: her husband Allan Lindsay; her brother Bruce Emms; and her parents, Lillian Emms and Arthur Emms. She is survived by: her son Aaron Ansell; her granddaughter Desiree Ansell (Reuben); her great grandchild Eli Ansell; and her sisters, Margaret, Diane and Lorraine. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
