With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ernest Steven Lasson (Portage la Prairie, Manitoba), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 5, 2024 at the age of 77. He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Sr. Lasson (Margaret Lasson) and Julia Lasson; his siblings, Jean (Bill Tait) and Louis Lasson (Iona); his son Ronald Lasson; and his granddaughter Sierra Lake.
He is survived by: his daughter Shelley Lake (Dana Kulba); his grandchildren, Zachary Lake, Shianne Lake and Tristen Kulba; his great grandchild Adrienne Lasson; his sister Beverley Philippe (Gilbert Allec); and his pet Shianne. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the McKenzies Portage Funeral Chapel (56 Royal Rd S, Portage la Prairie, MB R1N1T6).
