He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Neumann and Ruth Neumann (Burnett); and his brothers, George and Charlie. He is survived by: his wife Joan of Pierson; his children, Roberta Bennett (O. J.) of Minot, Russell Neumann (Melanie) of Regina, Heather Neumann (Dwight Noctor) of Brandon and Mary-Anne Argue (Jason) of Regina; his grandchildren, Ada, Max Bennett, Jadelyn, Skyla Neumann and Tara Neumann-James; his siblings, Jim Neumann of Nova Scotia, Joan Hodgson (Don) of Brandon, Betty Vigfusson (Gilbert) of Brandon, Lyn Shannon (Barry) of Brandon and Pat Fraser (Harry) of Brandon; and his sister-in-law Gwen Shorten (Wayne) of Winnipeg.
