He was predeceased by: his parents, Garvin Bell and Mary Bell; and his siblings, John, Arnold, Paul and Dorothy.
He is survived by: his wife Vianna; his children, Donna Penner (Corwin) and Richard Bell (Amy); and his grandchildren, Jordyn, Cody, Samantha and Megan.
