He was predeceased by: his wife Anne; his son Stanley; his parents, John Wiens and Anna Sawatzky; his stepfather John Sawatzky; and his brothers, John and Henry Sawatzky.
He is survived by: his children, Raymond, Sharon Wiens-Hiebert (EJ) and Luella Fehr (Frank); his grandchildren, Jesse Wiens (Beth), Dallas Wiens (Colleen), Dustin Wiens (Jenna), Colten Fehr (Danielle), Dextyn Fehr and Bryce Cook; his great grandchildren, Janessa Wiens, Callum, Elliot, Sierra Fehr, Anabell, Zade and Taizo Friesen; his siblings, Sally Wiebe, Cornie Sawatzky (Martha) and Ben Sawatzky (Sara); and his sisters-in-law, Helen Maguire, Sarah Friesen and Eva Funk.
