Lester Whitman Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lester Whitman of Grunthal, Manitoba, who passed away on March 17, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Whitman and Helen Whitman; his siblings, Kathy (Dennis Atkinson) and George (Agatha Whitman); his brothers-in-law, Dave Friesen and George Klassen; and his grandsons, Mason and Jadon.

He is survived by: his wife Susanna Reimer; his daughters, Susan Whitman of Stoney Creek, ON and Martha Giesbrecht (Henry); his grandchildren, Kazar, Jesslyn, Kyle, Kendall and Jenessa of La Broquerie, MB; his son John Whitman (Gloria) of Lethbridge, AB; his grandchildren, Jasmyne, Braxton and Hailey; his children, Barb Whitman of Stoney Creek, ON and David Whitman (Twyla) of Pansy, MB; his grandchildren, Matea, Tanner, Isaiah, Adalynn, Mya and Ryker; and his sisters, Helen Klassen, Sadie Fehr (Dick), Mary Kovach (Dwayne) and Anne Preston (John). He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
