He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Chychowski and Mary Chychowski; his siblings, Teenie Kaminski, Mabel Pulock, Nellie Kostiuk, Annie Kachan, Olga Chychowski, Pete and John Chychowski; his nephews, Mike Kaminski and David Kozakowski; and his niece Jeanette Sawchuk.
He is survived by: his close friend Tony; his wife Shirley Chychowski; his daughters, Michelle McIntyre (Brent) and Denise Chychowski; his granddaughter Courtney Chychowski; and his sister Lillian Kozakowski. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
