He was predeceased by: his parents, John Michayluk and Mary Michayluk (Strilchuk); his wife Lena Fedorchuk; his brother-in-law Andy Dingwell; and his nephew Wade Borys.
He is survived by: his daughter Katherine Dawn (Douglas); his brother-in-law Richard; his daughter Genevieve Carriere (George); his grandchildren, Fabien Carriere (Gertrud), Gabrielle Carriere (Derrek Shewchuk), Kirsten Vanbeselaere (Erik) and Andrew Ault (Kristianna); his great grandchildren, Jake, Oliver, Reece Carriere, Brexley, Leo Vanbesaelaere, Grayson and Jace Ault; his daughter Brenda Doell (Ted); his grandchildren, Tyler, Amy, Lisa and Sean; his son Brian Hrehirchuk (Lindsay); his grandchildren, Ryland and Rhett; his daughter Kathy Preston (Bryan); his grandchildren, Eric, Katelynn and Ashley; his daughter Karen Wilson (Kris); his grandsons, Robert and Nolan; and his sisters, Sonia Sainsbury (Art), Gloria Dingwell, Diane Simonelli (Lou), Pat Borys (Richard) and Sally Giggie (Marven). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, extended family members and friends.
