“Mr. Swayze was part of that fine set of leading educators, including Mr. Milne and Mr. Stewart, and Mr. Cornell, who the board of the Brandon School Division surely must know they were fortunate to have employed as professional senior administrators for many years, to the benefit of the thousands of students who became literate, numerate citizens, mostly due, of course, to the thousands of professional public school teachers who continue to provide daily front line service in the classroom.”
