With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patricia Anne Maxwell-Smith (West Vancouver, British Columbia), born in Vancouver, British Columbia, who passed away on November 13, 2023 at the age of 92. She was predeceased by: her husband Ian Maxwell-Smith; her sister Glen Payne; and her parents, Myrtle McLennan and Logan McLennan. She is survived by: her children, Trish (Graham Marrion), Robyn (Terry Jessup), Sue (Rich Thornley), Michael (Eliner) and Sarah (Darren Jegodtka); her grandchildren, Kristina, Jessica, Thomas, Sam, Stephanie, Mie, Leigh, Nicole and Cristian; and her great grandchildren, Lucy, Logan and Sage.
