It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Jean Higgins (West Vancouver, British Columbia), who passed away on May 1, 2023, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her son Tom (Leanna); her grandchildren, Stephanie, Samantha, Jadon and Celia; and her sister Isabel. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.
