He was predeceased by: his parents, Dmytro Kosinski and Maria Krawec; his siblings, Sylvia Nyland, Tillie Czasnojc, Annie Lendzyk, Michael Kosinski, Peter Kosinski, Joseph Kosinski and Maxim Kosinski; and his niece Rose Czasnojc.

He is survived by: his sister Maria Tyerman; and his nieces and nephews, Fay Olde (Dwayne), Lynn Tyerman, Michelle Roy (Raymond), Debbie Downey (Patrick), Gloria Lendzyk, Larry Lendzyk (Karen), David Lendzyk, Don Czasnojc (Terry), Craig Czasnojc (Mary) and Brian Nyland.
