Kenneth Janes Obituary

The passing of Kenneth Janes of Victoria, British Columbia, born in Comox, British Columbia leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on August 22, 2024 at the age of 90. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Joyce; his parents, Norman Janes and Gladys Janes; his sister Lois; his brother-in-law Jack Shopland; his sister Phyllis; his brother-in-law John Hatfield; his siblings, Bert and Doris; and his brothers-in-law, Palma Valdivia and Ray Smith.

He is survived by: his daughters, Brenda Janes of Victoria, Sandra Janes (Clay) of Victoria and Rhonda Gammie (Dan) of Campbell River; his granddaughters, Courtney Hett, Kirsten Hett and Hailey Ekstrom of Victoria; his sister Margaret Smith; and his sister-in-law Darlene Janes. He is also survived by un uncle to his many nieces and nephews when they were young children.
