He was predeceased by: his wife Satarra; his sister Tina Turner; and his parents, John Batista and Stella. He is survived by: his children, Gordon (Ann) and Michelle (Murray); and his grandchildren, Sarah, Mark (Samantha) and Brad (Courtney).
